The beach is on the quieter side and is a nice place for long walks, picnics, and BBQs. It also has a great onsite restaurant!

This beach’s restaurant, The Tipsy Turtle Bar & Grill, has one of the best patios on the island. It's close to the water with an unobstructed view, making it a great place to hang out with friends, enjoy a few drinks, and listen to live music. The restaurant serves wings, sliders, pizza, tacos, and other bar-type foods and has a decent selection of domestic and imported beers. Also available at the restaurant: games, beach chair and umbrella rentals, and beach supplies.
The beach is open from 9AM to 5PM from Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 6PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Pocket Park 2 has free entry and parking in a paved parking lot.
