Enjoy unlimited beach adventures all year long with a Galveston Annual Beach Pass. Whether you're a local or a frequent visitor, the pass offers convenient access to some of the island’s most popular beach destinations, including East Beach and Stewart Beach.
Annual Seawall Parking Pass can be purchased by calling (409) 797-5198. Seawall parking is monitored per vehicle by license plate. The pass is valid exclusively at these two locations and may be purchased through the ParkMobile App using Zone 60755.
All Seasonal Beach Parking Passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

When you purchase an annual pass for $50, you receive unlimited entry for one year to East Beach and Stewart Beach. The pass is valid exclusively at these two locations. All Annual Beach Parking Passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Payments must be made with the correct license plate and zone number. Incorrect entries will result in a non-payment notice.
If an incorrect license plate or zone is entered, you must initiate the appeals process using the QR code provided on the notice. If not, a notice will be mailed to the address associated with the registered license plate, which includes instructions for the appeals process. Only minor errors (one incorrect letter or digit) may be considered during review. Completely different license plates will not be accepted or adjusted.

If it was incorrect, you must initiate the appeals process using the QR code provided on the notice or a notice will be mailed to the address associated with the registered license plate where the appeals process is outlined in the notice. Only minor license plate entry errors (one incorrect letter or digit) may be considered during review. Completely different license plates will not be accepted or adjusted.
If the license plate was correct and payment was made after receiving the paper notice, you may disregard the notice.
If the license plate on the notice is incorrect, please find a Park Staff member to assist.
If you have an active annual pass and receive a non-payment notice, you must initiate the appeals process using the QR code provided on the notice or by following the instructions included with the mailed notice. If you are currently on-site, a parking enforcement staff member may assist by uploading your vehicle information for future visits.
