EATcetera's Executive Chef Alena Pyles invites you to the first Fancy Jackson Supper Club of the year, featuring a five-course Vegan Dinner on Saturday, April 13. This dinner is part of the Fancy Jackson Supper Club Series at EATcetera.

The menu promises a delightful array of plant-based creations, expertly crafted to tantalize your taste buds. Dinner begins with a Charcuterie Board filled with a Variety of Vegan Cheeses & Spreads, Pickled Vegetables, Candied Nuts & Fruits and served with assorted Breads and Crackers. Next up is the “Crab” Tostada with Papaya Salpicón Slaw, followed by Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Pomegranate Crema and Wild Mushroom Mole Enchiladas with Smoked Corn Cream and Queso Fresco. Finally, dinner ends with a lovely Ginger Flan with Fresh Berries. Tip: You don't have to be vegan to enjoy this dinner.
