Dinner begins with a Charcuterie Board filled with a Variety of Vegan Cheeses & Spreads, Pickled Vegetables, Candied Nuts & Fruits and served with assorted Breads and Crackers. Next up is the “Crab” Tostada with Papaya Salpicón Slaw, followed by Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Pomegranate Crema and Wild Mushroom Mole Enchiladas with Smoked Corn Cream and Queso Fresco. Finally, dinner ends with a lovely Ginger Flan with Fresh Berries. Tip: You don't have to be vegan to enjoy this dinner.
