Pier Pileup

Challenge your family to a classic bumper car showdown! The ride features separate arenas for adults and younger drivers, with 18 adult cars and 10 kid-sized cars. Children between 38 and 50 inches can drive in the kids' arena, while guests over 50 inches can drive in the adult arena. Riders over 42 inches may also enjoy the adult cars as passengers.

Iron Shark Rollercoaster

The Iron Shark will attack when least expected with its 100-foot vertical lift and beyond-vertical drop. Tracking at 52 miles per hour, the vehicles will glide the 1,246-foot coaster track, which includes a diving loop, a greater-than-vertical drop and four full inversions.

Riders will take flight on this towering swing and be suspended more than 230 feet above sea level while rotating through the sky. The 200-foot swing will give you a spectacular panoramic view of the Pier and the Gulf!

Touch the galaxy and enjoy the sprawling view of the Pleasure Pier from the apex of this giant Ferris wheel. The unique LED light show will create a spectacular display while in motion. The 100-foot tall wheel offers 20 vehicles accommodating six people per vehicle.

How much does it cost to visit Pleasure Pier?

All-Day Ride Pass

The All Day Ride Pass includes entrance to the Pier, so you don't have to worry about a Walk-On Pass. Bring your ticket to the ticket window for your wristband to ride! Children under 2 are free, but they must have a wristband.

  • All Day Ride Pass (48" and Over)- $30.99
  • All Day Ride Pass (Under 48")- $24.99

Walk-On Pass

Enjoy walking along the historic Pleasure Pier, grabbing a bite to eat and shopping for souvenirs. Once you are on the Pier and decide you want to join the fun, you can upgrade to an All Day Ride Pass by paying the difference in price on the day of your visit.

  • Pier Walk-On Pass (48" and Over)- $12.50
  • Pier Walk-On Pass (Under 48")- $11.50
  • Pier Walk-On Pass (65 years of Age and Older)- $10.50

How do I get to Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier?

The Pleasure Pier is located on Galveston Island at 25th & Seawall Blvd. You can take I-45 South until it turns into Broadway Ave. Continue on Broadway, and turn right on 25th Street. The Pier is straight ahead!

Where do I park when visiting the pier?

Parking is very limited in the area but you'll have several options to choose from. There is a Premium Paid Parking Lot directly across from the Pier next to Fish Tales restaurant (2502 Seawall Blvd) and there is parking along the seawall.
