What is Dia De Los Muertos?
Day of the Dead (Dia De Los Muertos) is an ancient Mexican holiday that reunites the living and dead. Families create ofrendas (Offerings) to honor deceased family members. These altars are decorated with flowers, photos of the departed, and the favorite foods and drinks of the one being honored. Day of the Dead celebrates death and life, where mourning is exchanged for celebration.

Día de los Muertos Fiesta takes place October 31, 2026. Festivities begin with a Line-Up Social at 10 AM, followed by the parade at noon and food, vendors, music and other activities throughout the day.

Yes. Community members, families, dancers, musicians and decorated floats are invited to participate. Participants are encouraged to wear traditional attire, colorful costumes or face paint inspired by Día de los Muertos.
