Galveston Fishing Pier
Galveston's historic fishing pier has welcomed anglers to the Gulf since 1971 with round-the-clock fishing and waterfront views.
Located along Seawall Boulevard, Galveston Fishing Pier welcomes anglers, families, and sightseers. Visitors can fish day or night, rent rods and tackle on site, browse the gift shop for Galveston souvenirs, apparel, and fishing gear, or simply take in panoramic Gulf views from above the surf. Jimmy's on the Pier serves fresh seafood and casual favorites, while The Sea Bean offers coffee, espresso drinks, pastries, and light bites in a relaxed waterfront setting.
Operating since 1971, Galveston Fishing Pier has been part of the Island's fishing tradition for more than five decades. Known to many locals as the 91st Street Pier, it remains one of Galveston's best-known public fishing destinations and continues to welcome both first-time anglers and experienced fishermen throughout the year.
