Bring a taste of the French Riviera to Galveston’s East End at Bleu Sucré French Bakery by the Sea. Owners Sebastien and Cindy Dousset opened the bakery in May 2026, bringing authentic French flavors and techniques to the island.
Each morning, Sebastien and his team of classically trained chefs prepare artisan pastries from scratch using traditional French baking methods. Guests can enjoy buttery croissants, flaky pain au chocolat, almond pastries, and other freshly baked specialties straight from the ovens beginning at 6:30 a.m
