Originally built in the 1960s as Treasure Isle Motel, this low-slung two-story property was always meant to provide a cozy oasis to guests from far and wide. Fast forward sixty years and you’ll find us breathing brand new life back into every square inch. The new 61-room boutique hotel, a refreshed, redesigned property, will offer a cozy oasis for guests at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico.
We want people to understand this is a place where you’re going to rub elbows and hug necks. It’s not a large, grand property where you’re going to have a ton of privacy, but that was always the goal. We want it to feel like an elevated house party that your weird aunt is throwing. That’s my hope, that people will interact.

Standard rooms located on the ground floor with direct access to the courtyard and pool. Bedroom size 215 - 240 square feet.
Balcony rooms are located on the second floor. The rooms feature an outdoor seating area overlooking the courtyard and pool. Bedroom size 220 square feet.
Located adjacent to the roof bar, the Lucine Double Queen/ King bed suites provides a small in-room seating area to relax with easy access to the vibrant roof bar overlooking the beach and the pool. Bedroom size 315 square feet.
At the heart of the property, the interior courtyard pool and patio will be an oasis to relax and enjoy rosé in a chaise or dine al fresco on the patio. It’s also a venue capable of hosting events of all shapes and sizes.
An American Fine-ish Dining establishment where the menu is the type of French cuisine you’d see at a dinner party hosted by your Aunt who summers in Provence and says Paris like “Pear-REE” – but also drinks beer only from a can with a koozie.
