Which Holiday Artist Tree caught your eye the most? Vote below!
As an opportunity to annually engage with the artist community in Galveston, the Historic Downtown Galveston Partnership has designed a new program to do just that: the Holiday Artist Trees.
The theme for 2021 will be “Birds”, celebrating Galveston’s national designation of “Bird City USA.”
The trees will be installed on November 27, 2021, at Saengerfest Park (23rd & Strand). Trees will be presented to the public for the first time that evening during the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Later that evening, the trees will be moved to the Lobby of The Tremont House (2300 Ship Mechanic Row) for the remaining run of the exhibit (through January 1, 2022), positioning them in a secure location which that will offer free access to residents and visitors alike.
The public will be invited to vote for their favorite Artist Tree via paper ballot (in-person) during the Tree Lighting Ceremony or here online with the poll below.
