Celebrate Island Cuisine During Galveston Restaurant Week(s

More than 40 restaurants will participate in this year’s event, which is a once-a-year opportunity for diners to try top dishes on prix-fixe breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus at attractive price points. Two- and three-course dinners will be priced between $20 and $60 while two-course lunches, breakfasts and brunches will cost between $10 and $40.

“This year marks the 14th annual for Galveston Restaurant Week,” Galveston Chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association President Jan Collier said. “Our restaurant industry and sponsors really stepped up this year, and we have more participating restaurants than ever before. We are excited for residents and visitors to experience the best of Galveston’s culinary scene while supporting the Galveston community.”

This year, diners will also have the opportunity to help charitable causes. Participating restaurants will donate from $1 to $5 from each menu item to local non-profits that focus on feeding, supporting and providing health care to Galveston children and families. Recipients are Galveston County Food Bank, St. Vincent’s House and Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Lemonade Day.
