Hilton today announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Home2 Suites and TRU by Hilton. Located near Pleasure Pier on the Seawall, the property is a unique new addition to Galveston, TX lodging offerings. The hotel expands Hilton’s growing footprint of multi-brand properties.

The multi-brand concept provides larger and enhanced communal areas and amenities than what would be standard at a standalone property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has a mix of unique offerings – each catering to the needs of their respective guests – including designated lobby and dining areas. The property also has a variety of shared amenities, including 24-hour fitness centers, outdoor pool, outdoor firepits/grills, and Seawall Bar. Additionally, the hotel offers 600 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The 5-story property, developed and owned by BH Hospitality Management, is located at 4302 Seawall Blvd and boasts 196 rooms, with 96 Home2 Suites rooms and 100 TRU rooms. Conveniently situated on Seawall Boulevard, the hotel offers guests easy access to Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, The Strand, and cruise ports.
