Indulge in an elevated dining experience at Moody Gardens with the Truchard Vineyards Wine Pairing Dinner. This exclusive evening features a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, with each dish expertly paired with wines from Truchard Vineyards to enhance every flavor.
The evening begins with butter-poached diver scallops accompanied by sweet corn puree, crispy pancetta, and lemon zest, paired with Truchard Roussanne. Guests will then enjoy a roasted wild mushroom and sunchoke tartlet with truffle crema and petite herb salad, complemented by Truchard OSR Pinot Noir.
The main course features pan-seared beef tenderloin served with celeriac puree, roasted tri-color carrots, and a bone marrow cabernet reduction, paired with Truchard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. To finish, a decadent Valrhona dark chocolate mousse with blackberry coulis, toasted hazelnut praline, and cocoa nib tuile is paired with Truchard Syrah.
