The 1877 Tall Ship ELISSA Homecoming at Pier 21
The public is invited to Pier 21 as the Official Tall Ship of Texas returns to her port. Attendees are encouraged to bring homemade welcome signs to welcome her return.
Please note: ELISSA is scheduled to appear in port at or near 12 p.m.
