Trade your weeknight routine for a Friday night dinner buffet at Moody Gardens Golf Course, ranked among the top ten courses in Texas, with sweeping fairway views from the dining room. Each Friday from June 12 through August 7, the menu rotates through three themes: Steak Smoke House (ribeye au jus, grilled shrimp, char-grilled chicken), Captain's Table (fried catfish, blackened salmon, mussels and linguine), and Italiano (chicken parmesan, roasted meatballs with peppers, fettuccini Alfredo). Every buffet includes fresh green salad, pasta salad, mac and cheese, fresh fruit, dinner rolls, chef's choice of vegetables and desserts, plus water, tea, and lemonade. Adults $24, seniors $22, children $16, plus tax.
