Held a stones throw from the Absolute Equality Mural in Galveston, Texas, the birthplace of Juneteenth, this commemorative gathering invites locals, travelers, culture bearers, and community builders to return in spirit and in presence. After the brunch located inside of Hearsay on the Strand, all guest are welcome to The Return celebration on the Mural lot.
Everyone is invited to sit at our tables. This event is safe place no matter who you are or where you’re from. Soul Brunch @ The Official Return is an elevated Juneteenth brunch experience created for those who understand that freedom is to be celebrated.
All guests will enjoy a plated brunch experience, curated beverages, live music, intentional networking, meaningful photo moments, and a powerful atmosphere rooted in culture, freedom, and collective joy. Each registered brunch guest will be automatically pre-registered to The Official Juneteenth Return presented by Nia’s Daughters Movement in collaboration with Elevate Experiences. This additional event is complimentary and is from 2 PM - 6 PM.
