After Hours at The Bryan Museum
Spend an early evening exploring history, music, and local culture at After Hours at The Bryan Museum, held on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 4 to 7 p.m.
This recurring event offers visitors a relaxed way to experience The Bryan Museum while enjoying live music, drinks, and special trunk shows from the Museum Shop. Each After Hours also features a gallery talk at 5 p.m., with topics that change throughout the year and offer a closer look at Texas history, culture, and stories connected to the museum’s collections.
The combination of entertainment and history makes After Hours an inviting addition to an evening on Galveston Island. Stop by to hear live music, browse the museum shop, connect with fellow history enthusiasts, or discover something new during one of the featured talks.
After Hours is free to attend. Some gallery talks or special programs may require a separate ticket or advance registration, and space may be limited. Speakers, musicians, talk topics, and other program details vary by date.
Before your visit, check The Bryan Museum’s official website for the latest After Hours schedule, including featured musicians, upcoming Tex Talks, registration information, ticket prices for special programs, and other event updates.
