ACCT Seawalk

Join Access Care of Coastal Texas (ACCT) for the 2026 ACCT Seawalk, an annual 3K run/walk along Galveston’s historic Seawall. This family-friendly event brings our community together to raise awareness about HIV, remember those we have lost to AIDS, celebrate the progress that has been made, and look toward a future without HIV.

The Seawalk begins at Fort Crockett Park and follows a scenic route along the Galveston Seawall. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, whether you choose to run, walk, or simply join us in support of the community. Registration is $30 per adult, and kids walk free with an adult registration. This is not a timed race.

Proceeds from the Seawalk support ACCT’s work providing HIV-related health care, prevention, transportation, nutrition assistance, and supportive services throughout Galveston, Brazoria, and Matagorda counties.
