DFW Flip Flops is located just west of 61st Street on Seawall Boulevard in the Victorian Condominiums. The unit has been completely updated, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed to create an "Island Vibe" vacation rental. With beach decor adorning the walls, you will feel like you woke up in a tropical paradise. The condo features a queen size bed in the bedroom with nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan and TV with cable. The full kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, four element glass range, cookware and utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, tumblers, silverware and more. The open concept floorplan keeps the conversation going with a queen size sofa sleeper, two red leather reclining chairs and a wall mounted big screen TV with cable. There is a balcony right off the living room, equipped with patio furniture and beach toys. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vanity and toilet. 100% cotton towels and sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products and dish soap are all included. The property has two swimming pools, one is heated year round, tennis courts, fitness center, BBQ area, covered parking and is completely fenced and gated. The beach is across the street, many restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance including Walmart, Sonic, Pit Stop BBQ and Orange Leaf frozen Yogurt. One night stays are now available during off season for this great unit. All fees and services are subject to 15% state tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
