Ferris Bueller's Day Off - Strand Summer Series
A brash, cocky high school senior, tired of skipping school to spend a boring day at home, is determined to enjoy an epic day roaring around his favorite Chicago sites, enlisting his best friend and girlfriend to join him on the adventure.
Strand Movie Nights return in 2026 to Galveston Historical Foundation's Hendley Green Park! Movies begin at dusk, and admission is free. Hendley Green features food and beverages from on-site trucks and neighboring vendors. Guests are welcome to BYOB as well. Bring your blankets, chairs, and friends, and join us for movie nights on The Strand.
