Ever wonder what goes into creating a work of art? On this intimate and engaging experience, join local historian and author Kathleen Maca as we visit several art studios in the Art District, meet gallery owners and artists and learn about their processes, hear about Galveston’s historic ties to famous art and artists, and even get a bit of hands-on creativity (no experience necessary)! It’s a great way to celebrate Art Week!
