Executive Chef Bobby Ross crafts his signature Gulf dishes, including his Shrimp DeJonge and Lobster Bisque. Shearn’s Lounge, the bar outside the restaurant, has spectacular views of the Moody Gardens Pyramids and sunsets over Galveston Bay.
