Ashley and Michael Cordray, stars of Magnolia Network’s Restoring Galveston, bring a new flavor to the island. Local Dogs is a casual spot serving creative hot dogs, crispy hand-cut fries, refreshing snow cones, and more.

Housed in a restored 1922 filling station, the eatery blends historic charm with laid-back, backyard vibes. Inside, you’ll find tables for 20, a menu of signature dogs like The Local (Nathan’s all-beef hot dog topped with queso, Rotel, and ground beef), and sides that go beyond the basics. Think deviled eggs, cheese curds, Cajun-fried corn, and loaded chili-cheese fries.

Guests can relax on the pet-friendly patio, play games, and enjoy music while digging into their meal. They also serve "NOT Dogs," with gluten-free buns and veggie dogs available, so everyone can get in on the fun.
