Begin with Lobster Bisque or a Berry and Goat Cheese Salad, then choose between a Land and Sea duo of prime filet and lobster tail or a Stuffed Gulf Snapper with grilled shrimp and jumbo lump crab. Finish with a Trio Sampler of Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Cake, Cheesecake, and Macaroons.
