ADDRESS: 601 Tremont Street, Galveston, Texas 77550 - Park in the back parking lot or along the street. Enter through the rear double doors, the boardroom is to the left as you enter.
TIMING: 12:30pm Registration; 1:00pm Start; Approx. 4:00pm End, followed by Open Book Exam

DETAILS: The Galveston CTA program is designed to enhance customer service skills, expand your Galveston Island knowledge and share what we all love about living, working and playing on Galveston Island.
REQUIRED READING: Prior to class, you will receive your Pre-Class Reading and Reference Document. Please read it thoroughly and bring it with you to use during the open book exam at the end.
