Fall Dinner at EATcetera

Executive Chef Alena Pyles and Chef Megan Hoover are joining forces to create a special fall, six-course dinner at EATcetera, 408 25th Street. The menu features basil steamed mussels with coconut, chile, and lime; crab cake with tomato salad and lemon herb aioli; and, shrimp and white bean tostadas with spicy jicama slaw. Next on the menu is an arugula salad served with shaved parmesan, chile pistachios, and pomegranate, with the main course being beef tenderloin medallions with serrano jack cheese grits and a maple black pepper glaze. The meal ends with a persimmon spice cake with bourbon caramel sauce. The cost for the dinner is $90 and includes wine.
